Stiebel Eltron DEM Instantaneous Water Heater
Application • This mini instantaneous water heater with electronic closed-loop control can supply DHW to one washbasin. • Can be operated with pressure taps or non-pressurised taps.
Convenience features • Mini instantaneous water heater with closed-loop control, control electronics, outlet temperature sensor and variable flow rate limitation. • Accurate temperature delivery up to the maximum output. Internal temperature limiting • Including special aerator for perfect water flow pattern and integral flow controller for use in existing taps. • Anti-scalding protection for high inlet temperatures via automatic output matching. • Oversink or undersink installation possible.
Efficiency • Electronic output control for energy efficient and water saving operation. The outlet temperature sensor and control electronics ensure that the set temperature is achieved to the exact degree. For this, only the amount of energy required is expended; there is no need to add cold water at the tap. • The water is heated directly at the draw-off point and only when required. This prevents the energy and water losses caused by long pipe runs. This ensures maximum energy efficiency. • Suitable for preheated water from solar thermal and heat pump systems.
Installation • Time saving and easy installation with the PROFI-RAPID installation system. Straightforward wall mounting with 2-point attachment. The back panel simultaneously acts as a drill template; slots compensate for drill hole discrepancies. • The appliance cover and internal assembly can be removed with just one hand movement. • Fast water connection thanks to external metal water fittings for direct, universal installation of taps. • Simple electrical connection as power cable is wired up as standard. • Fault analysis with LED diagnostic traffic light.
Safety • Maintenance-free bare wire heating system, suitable for hard and soft water. • Safety system with high pressure switch and electronic temperature monitoring.

We are a proud stockist of Stiebel Eltron products; items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer.
Familiar Logistics Companies
Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information and follow up the next morning with a 1-hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a few convenience options to choose from.
Delivered Safely
For slightly larger products the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Larger Stiebl Eltron products such as heat pumps, or multiple items are palletised to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endeavour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers, but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.
