The QSC3 and QSC6 are specifically designed to control the operation of up to 3kW and 6kW of quartz heating respectively. These controls provide a soft start when initially switching the quartz heaters on, thereby removing the surge of electricity normally associated with this type of heater. This will prolong the life span of the quartz lamps.

The softstart controls also incorporate a receiver function which provides users with the option to control the quartz heater with a wireless SL time control.

Items are usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion, we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributor

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you once the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information, and follow up the next morning with a 1 hour delivery slot. Should you not be available, DPD have a number of convenient options to choose from.

For slightly larger products, the delivery will usually be scheduled in with you. Tracking for pallet deliveries is limited to a day slot but we will endevour to make this as convenient as possible. We have limited control over 3rd party couriers but you should find the driver polite and accommodating.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do everything we can to ensure a predictable service, there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery please call the sales team and they will do everything they can to help
