This items is usually on the shelf and picked the same day. On occasion we will need to order certain items directly from the UK distributer. 

Smaller items are dispatched with DPD on a next working day service. We will inform you that the item has been shipped, DPD will then send an update with the consignment information, and follow up the next morning with a 1 hour delivery slot. Should you not be available for whatever reason DPD have a number of convenience options to choose from.
